Posebna vrsta sušenog mesa koje se pravi u gradu Ninu i njegovoj okolici. Priprema se od svinjskog vrata natopljenog u crvenom vinu i začinjenog paprom, klinčićima i muškatnim oraščićem.
Special kind of dry-cured meat found in the town of Nin and its surroundings. It’s made of pork neck soaked in red wine and seasoned with pepper, cloves and nutmeg.
