Kremšnita

Desert tipičan za Samobor i okolicu Zagreba, odakle potječe, ali danas se može naći diljem zemlje. Radi se o prozračnoj kremi od jaja i mlijeka između dvije kriške hrskavog lisnatog tijesta, posutoj šećerom u prahu.

Trademark dessert of Samobor, from where it originates, and Zagreb surroundings, but nowadays found all over the country. It’s fluffy custard cream between two slices of crispy puff pastry and sprinkled with caster sugar.
