Tradicionalni meki punomasni sir koji se pravi u planinskim regijama Velebita i Like. Škripi u ustima, otuda mu i ime.

Traditional soft full-fat cheese produced in mountain regions of Velebit and Lika. It squeaks in your mouth, that’s why it’s literally called “squeaky cheese”.
