Maneštra od bobići

Omiljena istarska juha, gusta i zasitna, savršena u bilo koje doba godine, ali osobito u hladne dane. Priprema se od graha, zrnja mladog, slatkog kukuruza («bobića»), krumpira i sušenog mesa.

Istria’s favourite thick and filling soup, perfect for any time, but especially for cold weather. It’s made with beans, young sweet corn kernels (“bobići”), potato and dried meat.
