Fiš paprikaš

Paprikaš (pikantno jelo s paprikom) pripravljeno u kotliću od više vrsta slatkovodne ribe, najčešće šarana, soma, štuke ili kečige. Uobičajeno u Slavoniji i Baranji, gdje se redovito organiziraju natjecanja u kuhanju fiš paprikaša. Poslužuje se s domaćim rezancima.

Paprikash (spicy paprika stew) made in a kettle with several kinds of fresh water fish, most often carp, catfish, pike or starlet. Typical for Slavonia and Baranja, where they regularly organize fiš paprika cooking competitions. Served with homemade noodles.
